About this study

Researchers are testing whether stimulant medication affects disruptive behavior, function, preference and choice in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The trial will assess how stimulants impact a child's preferences for social and nonsocial items, their disruptive behaviors, and their ability to make choices. Participants will take the medication or not take it during certain visits.
