About this study
This trial is testing whether oral iron helps children with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and mild anemia. Eligible children will receive either standard iron therapy or no treatment for 3 months, and outcomes like muscle strength, physical activity, and eating habits will be measured at the start and end of the trial.
