About this study

This trial is testing a personalized approach to reduce smoking versus another health intervention on smoking cessation, healthy sleep metrics, and cardiovascular risk biomarkers in adults with HIV who smoke. Participants will receive varenicline and counseling sessions while being monitored for side effects.
