About this study

This trial is testing how extreme sleep durations relate to cardiovascular health, physical activity, and sleep quality. Participants will be grouped based on their usual sleep duration (short, long, or average). Some participants may receive an optional intervention of maintaining a regular 8-hour sleep schedule for one week.
