About this study
Researchers are testing Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) or a Healthy Lifestyle Behavior Intervention (HL) to help youth with a family history of bipolar disorder. The trial will last 18 months and involve providing treatment via telehealth to young people aged 12-18 who are at risk for developing bipolar disorder.
