About this study
This trial is testing how hormones and brain activity affect the risk of Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) differently between men and women. It aims to understand why women are more likely to develop AUD than men, focusing on factors like executive function, negative emotions, and how alcohol affects the brain. Researchers will investigate these differences in three areas: inhibitory control, negative emotionality, and alcohol cue reactivity.
Based on ClinicalTrials.gov records.
