About this study
This trial is testing a new way to help older adults with mild cognitive impairment (OAwMCI) improve their balance and reduce the risk of falls. The treatment involves training people to react better when they are unexpectedly bumped or disturbed while walking, using a motorized treadmill. This will help them learn how to respond quickly and effectively to prevent losing their balance.
