About this study
This trial is testing a treatment called Omnis Salutis (OS) to help Veterans with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. OS involves learning about Whole Health and communicating health goals to providers and social supports. The goal is to see if OS improves Veterans' social and physical functioning and their engagement in mental healthcare.
