About this study

Researchers are testing whether Motivational Interviewing at intake improves client engagement in addiction treatment compared to usual intake practices among adults seeking outpatient care. The trial will also assess the feasibility of implementing Motivational Interviewing into standard practice by gathering feedback from personnel involved in the treatment process.
