About this study
This trial is testing two different ways to help Black women with high blood pressure and/or obesity reduce their risk of heart disease during pregnancy. One approach focuses on individual behaviors like healthy eating and exercise, while the other addresses psychosocial factors such as depression, social isolation, and racism that can also impact heart health. The goal is to see which approach works best at improving heart health outcomes for Black women.
