About this study

This trial is testing a new approach to help women with ovarian cancer during the transition after treatment. The goal is to see if this 'POSTCare-O' process improves their quality of life compared to usual care. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the POSTCare-O process or standard care, and the main focus will be on measuring their quality of life 12 weeks later.
