About this study

This trial is testing how stress affects memory and thinking skills in people who are likely to develop Alzheimer's disease. It looks at hormone responses to stress, genes that increase Alzheimer's risk, and how these factors relate to cognitive decline over time. Participants will have blood and saliva tests, take a stress test, complete questionnaires, and undergo memory and thinking skill assessments.
