About this study
Researchers are testing whether aerobic exercise improves fitness in older adults with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's disease. The trial will compare different types of aerobic exercise, such as chair-based stretching, combined aerobic resistance exercise, high-intensity interval training, and moderate intensity continuous training, to see which one works best over 6 months.
