About this study

This trial is testing whether a combined treatment approach of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Relapse Prevention (RP) is more effective than RP alone in helping people with both alcohol use disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder. The goal is to reduce drinking frequency, quantity, and PTSD symptoms using this integrated therapy.
