About this study
This trial is testing whether working out more often with breaks or exercising continuously is better at preventing brain cell loss in people with moderate Parkinson's disease. The researchers will measure how fast participants walk, their physical activity levels, blood chemicals, and the stiffness of their blood vessels before and after exercise.
