About this study
This trial is testing a device called the Q Therapeutic System (BQ 3.0) to help people recover after a stroke. The treatment involves using electromagnetic fields to stimulate brain networks and reduce disability. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the active treatment or a sham treatment, with follow-up for up to 802 days.
