About this study

This trial is testing whether adding support (implementation facilitation) helps M2VA case managers use a specific pain care pathway with Veterans. The goal is to see if this approach leads to more Veterans receiving the pain care pathway, better adherence to it, and improved outcomes like less pain and fewer risky substance uses.
