About this study
Researchers are testing if a ketogenic diet can improve brain function in people who have recovered from anorexia nervosa. Participants will undergo brain scans to see how their brains respond to the diet, and then continue with the diet for 14 weeks. The trial will follow participants after the diet to see if improvements are lasting.
