About this study

Researchers are testing if adding a cardiovascular health curriculum to medically tailored meals programs improves healthy eating behaviors and clinical outcomes (HbA1c and blood pressure) among people with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. The trial will also test if gradually reducing the amount of medically tailored meals helps expand access to these programs.
