About this study

This trial is testing whether adding oral glucocorticoid medications to standard pain medication helps with osteoarthritis pain in the emergency department. It compares three groups: one receiving a placebo, one receiving prednisone, and one receiving dexamethasone, all along with ibuprofen. Participants will report their pain levels and any side effects during follow-up calls.
