About this study
Researchers are testing a self-management support intervention to help adults with COPD better manage their condition at home. The trial will compare this intervention with an attention control group to evaluate the effects on medication adherence, symptoms, inhaler technique, physical activity, and exercise capacity over 12 months. Researchers will also examine hospitalizations and emergency department visits during that time.
