About this study

This trial is testing whether a streamlined approach to treating pulmonary exacerbations (PEx) in children with cystic fibrosis (CF) is safe and effective. It compares two different antibiotic treatment strategies for managing PEx, one using immediate oral antibiotics and the other only prescribing oral antibiotics if additional treatment is needed.
