About this study

Researchers are testing a behavioral nudge intervention in electronic health records (EHRs) for patients at risk of opioid overdose. The trial will compare the effectiveness of using an elevated-risk flag with or without behavioral nudges to usual care, aiming to improve opioid prescribing safety and reduce overdose risk.
