About this study
This trial is testing if providing encouragement to adopt a healthy eating plan with fresh fruits and vegetables, along with guidance on weight management, will lower blood pressure and blood sugar in adults with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Participants will receive either self-shopping DASH diet advice or coaching from a health professional.
