About this study
Researchers are testing how different times of day for exercise affect blood pressure in adults with high or very high blood pressure. The trial will investigate whether exercising at different times of day (morning, afternoon, or evening) changes a person's blood pressure over 24 hours. Participants will exercise on a treadmill at specific times and have their blood pressure measured before and after each session.
Based on ClinicalTrials.gov records.
