About this study

This trial is testing if a mindfulness intervention can help reduce stress and improve quality of life for people with Long COVID. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either an immediate or delayed mindfulness intervention, along with their usual medical care. They will complete online surveys to measure symptoms over time.
