About this study
This trial is testing if an online recovery education and support program with peer support can help teenagers who have been released from a psychiatric facility. The intervention involves one-on-one meetings with trained teen peers and peer support specialists for 8 weeks. Participants will be compared to those receiving standard care, which includes weekly phone calls.
