About this study
This trial is testing a wearable brain stimulation device to treat anxiety. The treatment involves using tACS, which delivers low-intensity pulsed alternating current via scalp electrodes. Up to 40 veterans with clinically significant anxiety will use the device at home for 8 weeks.
